WOW! I have heard you, Dynamic VAs. Many of you have commented in droves regarding my blog about Cheap Virtual Assistance.

Let me go on record by stating that I love Virtual Assistance and it is a much needed industry for all types of e-businesses and internet marketers.

By no means, did my blog denigrate VAs. What it did do was offer an inexpensive way for newbie work-at-home moms and beginner female e-business owners to get some form of virtual assistance support.

But Divas, there is enough room and place for all types of Virtual Assistances. We live in abundance, prosperous Universe for all Virtual Assistances to make a wonderful living to support their family.

My goal is to give an opportunity for a young person to learn skills in two fabulous fields, Virtual Assistance and Internet Marketing. And earn money that will help with college expenses, etc. In return, I would get some much needed helping with doing minor office task and minimize my expenses.

Yes, I realize the benefit of what most VAs offer and when the financial means become available, I will seek the support of a VA.

But, I must admit that I am very disappointed with the mean spirited and sarcastic blog comments I received from several Virtual Assistances. It left a bad taste in my mouth for lack of a better term.  I am sure they are very talented VAs, but the lack of  professional protocol needs to be addressed.

Diva VAs, people hire people that have a nice personality and pleasant to work with more than how well they do their jobs.

Hey Divas,

I am in New Orleans celebrating with Essence and doing a book signing in honor of the resurgence of the “New” New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Essence honored & celebrated those who have passed. Then got done to the business of party with the purpose of political, economical, spiritually and socially empowering the people.

New Orleans needs a lot of love. More than 200,000 people are still living in trailors; housing prices have gone up while incomes have not; 70 schools are still closed;there is not mental health care; and hospital facilities are subpar that many new orlean folks can not come back home…home to what an  almost empty shell.

And with all that said, I still believe that New Orleans is going to rise again better and stronger and not because of the government but because of the work that the people will do. And they must do it because it is clear that the help from outside (government) is going too slow for us not

So, Essence and I state “not on our watch”. I am going to return to Houston and honor essence cares and 50 million pound challenge by going to a local community facility and group to hold mentor programs for free to underserved community in the area of health and wealth…stay tune

Yes, my plate is very full and I have to raise a family, but we have to do more than enough because the need is out there. So, Divas lets practice what we preach. In Dynamic Diva Dollar I have a section on invest in Giving. I am asking you to do the same. Give more of your time with you great skills in any area of expertise and help a person….particularly a young person. They need us now more than ever.

If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem. Moreover, if you are doing nothing,you are the problem. So, let’s all invest in giving even when we think we do not have anything more to give. You will be blessed because it come back tenfolds….the more you give, the more you shall receive.
