 Buy or Create Businesses - Get paid doing what you love
 Divas, owing your own business require more work but if you buy or create the right business you can increase your net worth and leverage your income exponentially.  Buying a business is different than buying a job. Most self-employed individuals like a doctors or lawyers buy a job. They have structured their business where they only get paid when they work-linear income.  Business owners have a system in place that allows them to get paid if they are there or not.  It is called residual income. 

 Another benefit of owning a business is the tax write-off you can take.  Most women who are employees cannot write off much and they are force to deal with the glass-ceiling.  
Hobby to Profit- Create a shoe-string business
Find out what you love to do and figure out how you can get paid to do it.  Then create a budget that requires very little start-up money.   For example, I love to help people with their financial decisions.  I brought into a network marketing business for $100.00.  In my first month in the business I made $1800.00! I got my Securities Licenses for another $1000.00 and made over $100,000.

Now the rate of return on my investment (ROI) was over 1000%. Most financial planner will tell you if you make a 10% ROI you are doing good. And it is customary for any start-up business to take 3 years to become profitable. If you have low  start-up capital, there is a greater chance of making a profit and increasing your ROI.
