Race in America is a touchy subject that the Dynamic Diva has to confront today. “Can’t we all get along?”, the infamous words of Rodney King comes to mind as a write this post. I know we can. The question is, do we REALLY want to?

I say I resounding YES! At the very core of our most spiritual selves, we do want to live in peace and harmony on this earth. But until we, Americans, deal with the racial polarization that is so prevalent today by talking, coming up with effective plan of action to bring the races together, and putting the plan into action, the phenomenal speech of Barack Obama would have fallen on death ears. Hopefully, this will not mean the death of this country politically, socially, economicially or morally.
 

Barack Obama has been saying over the last year, “Yes, we can…….solve the racial divide.” A lot will be accomplished
when we put him in office as a symbolic gesture that this country is ready to heal on all levels.

Congratulations!!!!! You’ve been given a wonderful blessing to change  your life for the better. Out of every so-called crisis is an opportunity. Give yourself an opportunity to have this test so one day you,too, will have a testimonial.

Do not panic but be on purpose. Go try and find public assistance everywhere within the Houston area. The Red Cross,the Salvation Army…the YWCA…every government agency like HUD/section 8 for housing…..ask for HELP at every church, synagogue, shrine or temple!!!!!!!!!! Everywhere you turn….On this journey put all of your faith in God…if God can provide for the birds, bees, flowers and trees sure nuf God will provide for you….You do not have time for a pity part but you do have time to be very proactive…..for you and your kids….

I look forward to hearing  your success story because God never,ever gives us anymore than we can handle…and you got this one….

I want to send a personal thank you to Essence for featuring African-American female Millionaires. Our intent is to show sisters that it is possible for black women to be fabulous and rich. I heard one person comment that white people are rich and black people look rich.  Well, I am sure that will cause a debate or two.

Dynamic Diva Dollars does work-Proof is in the pudding!

I will be the first to admit that this book is not my best work, but it is a good book. I have been told by many that there are numerous typos and grammatical errors in the book. I will not make excuses.  I am a writer in the making, but the information was so much more important than the writing style or lack there of. The book needed to be born because so many people are starving for financial education. And not many have written a book that connects and help people like Dynamic Diva Dollars.

The Universe instructed me to release it anyway and let the people be the judge of its benefit or its curse. I listen to God first. This has always worked for me and has never failed. And I am so glad I did. I know the people who find the errors are a product of errors that are going on in their lives and need to “correct” others in order to take away attention from the corrections their need to make in their lives. They have been judged and criticized by themselves and others, they developed the bad habit of focusing on the “mistakes” or the wrongs in life instead of the good.

On the other hand, those that focus on the information and used all their energies on building wealth in their lives received that blessing. I have read many books in my life and some of the best were not written the best, did not have the best cover or presentation, but the content was so much more important that it overshadowed any negative aspect of it.

I know many authors, famous authors and not so famous, have had ghost writers for their books. They really did not take the time any energy to pen the words on the paper. You can tell this book is written with a lot of love, authentically created, and filled with content that is really going to help people acquire wealth. 

Now, do not get me wrong. I have every intention of making the corrections and improving the second edition of Dynamic Diva Dollars( I am going to hire a very good editor). I am always striving to becoming a better writer. I got the opportunity of a lifetime! I went home to speak as an alum of twenty years at Essex County College. In honor of Women’s History Month, I was to speak about Women’s health issues.

It was truly and honor to speak to a generation of eXcellent students. To see those minds filled with optimism, excitement and positive expectation of a bright future was inspiring. These kids are the future I believe will make this world a better place to live in.

We talk about an African Holistic aspects of health. Where we comprise health, wealth, and spiritual inspiration to live a healthy life. We talk about the greatest medicine of them all, love. They got it on the first try when I asked them the question. I have asked that question to numerous audiences and they never got it.

These young people got it go’in on! You do not have to worry about the future generation. They know that love can heal cancer, aids, high blood pressure and diabetes. Loves heals relationships and loves brings you closer to your divine spirit. It does not matter what disease that is going on via the mind, body and spirit, love is the panacea we are all looking for.

The students at Essex County College were dynamite.The love they gave to me I felt and the love I gave to them will last until I see them next year to spread more love.

So, let’s heal our lives by giving more love to each other every day. Love truly makes the world go round!
